CRE conducts induction group training for new staff

On 12 April 2022, CRE conducted the first group training for new employees in 2022. The training was conducted around the company culture, projector knowledge and OA approval process. The training instructors were Ren Huan, HR Manager, Liu Xiaolong, Production Manager and Zuo Hui, HR Director.

 

In the morning, HR Manager Ren Huan introduced the company history, corporate culture, existing team and future planning of CRE to the new employees, who all listened attentively and took notes carefully. At the end of the introduction, the staff handbook was signed off. Manager Ren Huan introduced the staff handbook and the company rules and regulations in an efficient and interesting manner, and the new employees from all departments were clear about the company's objectives, recognised the company culture and expressed their excitement and expectation of joining the CRE family.

 

During the break, Administrative Specialist Peng Ying arranged two small games, "Find Your Friends" and "Ping Pong Relay", in which the new employees actively participated, moving from unfamiliarity to familiarity, easily stepping over the barriers between strangers, deepening the concept of teamwork and promoting understanding between colleagues. They were able to move from unfamiliarity to familiarity, deepen the concept of teamwork and promote understanding between colleagues, and build a positive and friendly working environment on this basis.

 

The afternoon was spent on projector knowledge training, with production manager Liu Xiaolong introducing the development history of projectors, the types of projectors currently on the market, and the advantages of CRE projectors in terms of innovation in the industry and current main production. After the explanation, the new staff were further impressed with the projectors and grasped the company's core strengths and rich production experience. At the end of the projector knowledge training, Manager Liu Xiaolong randomly selected a few new employees to ask product questions, all of which were answered completely without exception, and the training was conducted with excellent results.

 

Afterwards, the HR Director, Zuo Hui, explained the company's OA approval system and work order process to all the new colleagues, giving detailed and clear responses to the problems that the new employees might encounter. Everyone had a better understanding of the work responsibilities of each department, laying a solid foundation for the smooth development of future work.

 

Finally, Liu Jianjun from the General Manager's Office addressed the new employees on behalf of the company, expressing the company's thirst for and acceptance of talent, and also raised expectations for the new employees: the company's evaluation of an employee is not limited to the results, the efforts made during the work period, whether the expected target values are eventually completed, and the active reporting of results in these processes, actively identifying problems and raising them, expecting everyone to move towards We expect everyone to develop into innovative, responsible and sharing people.
